Trilobites of the Decadence
Having a background in paleontology and foundry arts, I am interested in making connections between fossilization and casting processes. I dug up the trilobite fossils from a shale quarry in Utah, evidence of their last Cambrian party. The cast aluminum Hot Pants lie on a mirrored pool underneath, as if hidden in strata below.
